Where are the current events in current events?

it seems to me that this site, current events, is just full of cliques that rant at eachother, I have been looking at the questions and answers given and cannot find out what it is all about, but it aint about CE. is this section a personal forum of hate? why do you all slag eachother off? whats it all about?I came on here to look at current events and found I was looking at a serial hate campaign, though I must admit it is more facinating than eastenders! I wouldn't mind knowling what it is all about?

There is a hate campaign going on,it gets really bad at times,but don't you worry ,I'm sure the perpetrators will be removed from Yahoo soon.Then we can all get on with all thing current.





Ah it is a very long story and one day i will tell it to you,if i ever find out where it all started.I don't really know myself ha ha xx


I like to have a laugh and a bit of fun to brighten my long,dull,lonely days(boo hoo) and not very many people like that,so they are nasty to me (boo hoo)

Reply:Perhaps you would like to ask a current event question. How about - where were you at 11 a.m. this morning? That would be very current considering the day. Personally I just ignore the ranting and as for looking at a question about "you know who" I do not bother. I hope you still enjoy the contributions whatever the sub heading. (All the foregoing is thought about and typed in a pleasant and upbeat way)

After being away for a fortnight or so and being forced to watch EastEnders I have to say this is way better!

Having said that - there are questions about Ian Blair (very current I'm sure you'll agree) The Iranian issue (never far from the news) on going Muslim issues (same as before) so I don't think CE is quite as bad as all that. Tis better than a soap, I'll agree with you there.

Reply:You have to be selective, a considerable amount on UK questions is no more than a chat room. Try all English questions and see how you get on.
